Q: How do I update my profile if one was created for me?

A: If a profile was created for you, log on to the site using the password that was sent to you in an e-mail from your BDM. When you log on the first time, you must first complete your profile before you can continue to the site.

Q: What is my biography?

A: Your biography is a 150-250 word essay (2-3 paragraphs) that is required for your account and which will be used in materials distributed at the exchange. You must write your biography the first time that you enter the site. You may write the biography in another program, such as Microsoft Word, then cut-and-paste it into the appropriate section.

A: You will receive an e-mail containing a link that you can click through or paste into your browser. This will confirm your RSVP for the meeting.

Q: How do I register for a meeting?

A: From your home page, click on the location or date of an upcoming meeting to open the detail page for that meeting. A button at the bottom of that page can be used to request a registration for that meeting.

Q: What are "Offline" archives?

A: Offline archives are still available for review, but they should be viewed with caution. Given the fast-paced nature of the healthcare industry, information can become stale, misleading, or even in error in a very short time.
